Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Meal
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 16 Medjool Dates (or more if you like it sweet!)
- 2 Scoops Juice Plus Chocolate Complete protein powder
- 2 Dashes Vanilla
- Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
- Mix together the almond meal, coconut, JP Chocolate Complete protein powder, salt and vanilla.
- If you have a food processor, process the dates until they are broken up and form a doughy looking blob.
- Pulse all ingredients in food processor, but don't over mix.
- Line a loaf tin with cling wrap, spread mixture into tin and press down firmly. Lift out the cling wrap/brownies, flip onto a cutting board (remove cling wrap) and slice into squares.
- For smaller batches, just roll the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a log, unwrap and slice.
Recipe Notes
Optional - dust brownies with cacao powder to serve. Store in an airtight container and they will last a few weeks!
*** The brownie is quite crumbly, water or raw honey can be added to help bond the mixture***
