Mix together the almond meal, coconut, JP Chocolate Complete protein powder, salt and vanilla.
If you have a food processor, process the dates until they are broken up and form a doughy looking blob.
Pulse all ingredients in food processor, but don’t over mix.
Line a loaf tin with cling wrap, spread mixture into tin and press down firmly. Lift out the cling wrap/brownies, flip onto a cutting board (remove cling wrap) and slice into squares.
For smaller batches, just roll the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a log, unwrap and slice.

Optional – dust brownies with cacao powder to serve. Store in an airtight container and they will last a few weeks!
